SMS Terms for United States

In the context of text messaging services within the United States, by actively opting in, agreeing to, enrolling in, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages ("Opt In") or utilizing Unify services that involve sending or potentially sending text messages ("Text Message Service"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the SMS Terms for U.S. ("SMS Terms"). This includes consenting to the handling of your personal information in accordance with the Unify Privacy Policy and agreeing to resolve any disputes with Unify as outlined in our Terms of Service. Standard message and data rates may be applicable.

Unify will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of automated text messages to the mobile number you provide, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery.

By Opting In to a Text Message Service:

You expressly authorize Unify to utilize autodialer or non-autodialer technology to transmit text messages to the mobile number associated with your Opt In. Additionally, you permit Unify to include marketing content in these messages. Please note that opting in or agreeing to receive these messages is not a prerequisite for making a purchase. You consent to the use of electronic records to document your Opt In status. If you wish to withdraw this consent, you may do so by replying with "STOP," contacting us through the methods outlined in the Contact Us section of the Terms of Service, or by visiting the Notification page in your account settings. However, withdrawing consent may result in certain features of our service becoming unavailable to you. You confirm that you are either the current subscriber to the mobile phone number you've opted in with or that you are authorized to opt in on behalf of the current subscriber, such as when using a family or business plan.
