Fraudulent Practices: Any form of fraudulent or deceptive practices, including scamming activities, Ponzi schemes, Multilevel marketing, "Get rich quick" or other activities intended to defraud individuals or organizations, is strictly prohibited.

Discriminatory Practices: Businesses or activities promoting discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other protected characteristic are not allowed.

Unlawful Weapons: The sale, promotion, or involvement in activities related to illegal weapons or explosives is strictly prohibited.

Pornography and Adult Content: Businesses or activities involving explicit adult content, pornography, or any material violating guidelines related to adult content are not permitted.

Content Creation: Any services that create online paywalls to access exclusive online contents such as videos or pictures, creating tips buttons.

​

Hate Speech: Engaging in hate speech or promoting content that encourages discrimination, violence, or harm towards any individual or group is strictly prohibited.

​

Environmental Harm: Any business or activity causing significant environmental harm, including illegal logging, poaching, or activities harmful to ecosystems, is not allowed.

Unauthorized Access or Hacking: Any attempts to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or personal accounts, as well as engaging in hacking or other cybercrimes, are strictly prohibited.

Counterfeit Goods: Selling or promoting counterfeit or infringing goods that violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights is not allowed.

Prostitution: Engagement in or promotion of prostitution, sex trafficking, or related activities is strictly prohibited on the platform.

Dating Services: Any dating or matchmaking services. Speed-dating events.

​

Highly-Regulated Industries: All medical and healthcare businesses covered by HIPAA Regulation. Any accounting services. Transportation services. Construction and heavy industrial services.

High-Risk Jurisdictions & Persons

• Persons located in, resident in, or a citizen of or products or services originating from high-risk jurisdictions including, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

• Individuals or entities named to a restricted person or party list of, or otherwise restricted by, the US, United Kingdom, European Union, or United Nations, including the sanctions maintained by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control or the Denied Persons List or Entity List maintained by the US Department of Commerce.

• Export, reexport, sell, or supply accounting, trust and corporate formation, management consulting services, architecture services or engineering services to any person located in Russia. 

• Deal in any goods prohibited by law for export to or import from Russia (for example, luxury goods).
